In addition to our fleet, our 24/7 emergency response team is always ready to assist in times of incident or emergency. With an average response time of 17 minutes, our emergency response guards are highly trained in conflict de-escalation, detainment, and documentation. Our emergency response guards are armed and equipped to deal with a variety of incidents, and are included as an additional service to all our clients as needed.

Pinnacle recognizes the importance of availability with the quick nature of security incidents on-site. We offer 24/7 dispatch through our office, along with camera monitoring services if requested. Within seconds of a call, our dispatch is directly connected with in-the-field guards who can quickly respond based on the level of emergency. Our emergency response guards are armed, and specially trained to deal with higher level emergencies and provide support to our onsite personnel if needed. Depending on your requested level of service, these services can be included in your pricing, or may be an additional cost.

Supporting our highly trained guards and monitoring cameras are a fleet of Ford Explorer Police Interceptors fitted with our highly recognizable amber lights and security insignias. This high-profile presence allows our vehicles to act as a visual deterrent and psychological support for our guards. Our reliable vehicles provide your residents a sense of security and comfort knowing that we are there to help keep them safe. We do have alternative vehicles available upon request.
