FAQ

Have a Question?

  • How much do your services cost?

Although we do not have set prices, we are able to accommodate every need imaginable. Our packages start as simple as Emergency Responses on and as needed basis, and can range to complex operations with multiple guards and vehicles.

  • What kind of training do your guards receive?

    Training Structure

As an expert security service provider, we owe it to our clients to ensure our guards are educated and trained in the latest and best available techniques and practices. Thus, we have created a 3-tiered training system to reward our guards as they commit to continue education and training. We believe in training Officers in Verbal Judo to effectively de-escalate potentially dangerous situations verbally without needing physical intervention. We prefer a see something, say something hands-off approach. In addition to our training program, we hold optional weekly classes, and require monthly course refreshers which address pertinent security-related techniques and quality of life courses including financial management, mental health, and multiple miscellaneous courses.

    Tier 1

All guards are required to go through Tier 1 training. This includes basic security guard techniques, including Verbal Judo, CPR, AED, First Aid, baton, and handcuffing procedures. We teach radio etiquette, effective communication, documentation, conducting patrols, and tactical response.

    Tier 2

All Armed Officers, Supervisors, and Managers who want to continue their security education and increase their experience go through Tier 2 training. Tier 2 expands on scenario-based training, including approaching, responding to, and de-escalating domestic violence and other high-intensity altercations. Our training covers firearm handling, which we require our Officers to qualify for annually.

    Tier 3

All Armed Officers, Supervisors, and Emergency Response Officers are required to go through Tier 3 training. Tier 3 includes additional hands-on scenario-based training. We go in-depth into baton, flashlight, and handcuff utilization and handling, which provides an official certification. We analyze and perform building clearing, high-risk emergency response, and complex weapon handling and safety. We require our Tier 3 certified Officers to qualify every six months.
